About EAS Trainee Programme

 

  • The EAS Traineeship Programme is a 9-month structured programme for fresh graduates and mid-career individuals who seek to widen their professional networks and gain in-demand skills to fast track their career.
  • Successful applicants will undergo foundation training and one-to-one coaching with our Agency Leaders. They will gain a better understanding of the insurance industry and the fundamentals of financial planning, learn essential product knowledge, and get equipped with professional skills to do well in this sector while making a meaningful contribution to the organisation and the community we serve.
 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop individualised financial advice based on clients’ financial and protection needs
  • Help clients with financial planning in aspects such as retirement, education and investments
  • Provide clients with recommendations on wealth accumulation in accordance to their goals
  • Build long-term and trusted relationships with clients

If you have the following qualities, we would like to meet you:

 

  • At least 21 years old
  • Candidates must possess at least a GCE A Level Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma from a recognised institution

Licensing Examination

Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) in Singapore are licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA). To carry out advisory services, FSCs are required to pass the requisite Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination (CMFAS Exam).
